6K nonstop swim YEP 4 Miles baby!!!!

This weekend I was able to reach beyond my longest swim with the PC crew and it felt great. Coach Steve and Andrea rented a 50M pool for us and all we had to do was show up, jump in and swim 60 laps nonstop. I was pretty excited to swim 4 miles and started with a running start. Beth and I took a "game on" photo and then we started.

I decided that I would swim in the same lane with Andrea, Sonja, and Keith. I lead the lane and started at a very cautions pace. I decided that I would time myself and record after each 500 Meters so I could keep count. We came in at a 9:06 for the first 500m and the last was 9:35. We held a great pace the whole time and I was able to swap leading with Sonja for most of all the swim. She ended up swimming to the wall with me and we touched the wall at the same time, BOOO YAAAA. We were able to get the swim done in less than 2 hours and had a good time doing it. I was pleased that I was able to swim pretty consistent and did not feel the fatigue until the last 1000. Beth jumped in my lane and made me laugh so hard it took me 200M to stop laughing. I had a good time catching up with everyone since I had been traveling so much the past month. I am having a really good time with this winter season and I like the results.
To those that are really paying attention I am not sick, I have cut my hair short on purpose and like it so stop sending me "get well" emails. NOT FUNNY!!!!!
Boo yaaaa
Miss you Anne, see you in a few days.

Where in the World is Tyler

Being away is not fun, OK so maybe kind of fun sometimes. The last few weeks I have been sick which made me feel like the kid that was forced to stay inside on a snow day watching the neighbor kids build snowmen.
Followed up by a very cool family trip to Keystone. I broke my phone on that trip and was out of contact, reach and loved every minute of it. I was able to hang with some great friends for 4 days of SUN, FUN and my woMAN. ( I am listening to Itunes as I write and felt I needed to drop a little rhyming. I love making new playlist).
I am now in Compton California for the rest of the week. Next week I get to go to Salt Lake City and really have to say WHERE IN THE WORLD IS TYLER. I was able to get in a very solid run this morning N-LA and had a good time running by a local collage. I love running at low elevation and feel great all day long. I hope to be home in DEN in the next 24 hours and able to play with the PC gang the weekend, I just looked at the hot sheet and it rocks.

Just like WALDO, WHERE IN THE WORLD IS TYLER!!!!!

Last,

How about a big BOOO YAAAAA

Love you Anne, have safe travels and I will see you soon.

Pictures to highlight the last few weeks

Twas the night before Christmas and all I really was trying to do was tell a bed time story so Santa could come. "But No" was the response from the kids we have to lay down like we are in bed.

The Christmas Program was a big success for all the children. We have a Shepard(Jackson) a Joseph(Josh) and one of the Kings bearing gifts (Lexi).

Lexi was given a princess dress up as a gift and loved it all Christmas Day long, and the next day and the next, ect....

Everyone loves to take this time of year to send the best family picture that they can take or have taken. We have felt in years past that we did not need to participate with this tradition but this year we were compelled to try. We took 146 pictures and most if not all ended up like the ones below. Maybe our family will never be able to make it to the ranks of the photofamous. We will carry this burden as best as we can, but for now take a look at the "not so hot shots"
LOOK UP LEXI "PLEASE"

EVERYONE LOOK AT MOM

LETS PLAY "PEEK-A-BOO" LATER LEXI, JUST SMILE PLEASE!!!!!

LEXI STOP PINCHING THE BOYS AND SMILE AND LOOK OVER HERE, I MEAN IT!!!

THE KIDS DON'T LOOK TO BAD BEHIND BARS. MAYBE THIS WILL BE IN THEIR FUTURE, WHO KNOW WITH PARENTS LIKE ANNE AND ME.

JOSH TAKE YOUR HANDS OUT OF YOUR POCKETS, LEXI PUT YOUR HANDS DOWN, JACKSON PLEASE ACT LIKE YOUR HAVING FUN AND SMILE :)
WE ARE NOT DONE YET, WE HAVE ONLY TAKEN 140 PICTURES. LEAVE THE DUCKS ALONE PLEASE!!!!!
COME BACK LEXI!!!!
AND AT THE END OF THE DAY, 146 SHOTS LATER YOU JUST MIGHT GET LUCKY......
I SAY WE GO WITH THIS ONE.
LOVE YOU ANNE,
